Cancellations and Substitutions:

Cancellations and substitutions must always be made in writing to annualconference@electoral-reform.org.uk.

Cancellations received upto 10 days before the conference will be refunded minus a £15+VAT administration fee. Unfortunately no refunds can be given for cancellations received with 10 days or less notice prior to the event.

Name changes, within the same organisation, may be made at any time before the event, with no further charge.

Conference fees do not include hotel accommodation.

Content and Venue:

We reserve the right to alter the programme or venue without notice.

Data Protection:

We may use your details to send you information about our furture conferences, services and campaigns.
