Electoral Reform Society Response to Scottish Parliament Committee Elections Report

The Electoral Reform Society has welcomed the Local Government and Communities Scottish Parliamentary committee’s report on last year’s elections as having a number of sensible recommendations. The Society has not, however, endorsed every conclusion reached by the Local Government and Communities Committee which has published its report on the problems that arose in the 2007 elections.
