Exchange 8-10, Manchester Central, Windmill Street, Petersfield, , M2 3GX

Tuesday 03 Oct 23 6:00 pm

Conservative Action for Electoral Reform (CAER) are hosting an event at this year’s Conservative Party Conference on the Conservative’s response to Labour’s position on electoral reform.

Chaired by Keith Best, CAER.

Speakers include

  • Emma Best, AM
  • Klina Jordan, Make Votes Matter
  • Jessica Metheringham, Unlock Democracy
  • Adam Drummond, Opinium

Labour is considering a number of reforms to our electoral system, from expanding the franchise to all 16 and 17-years as well as EU citizens, and last year the party backed proportional representation for Westminster at its conference. How can Conservatives ensure any electoral reforms also work for the centre-right?
