At this year’s Welsh Labour conference Electoral Reform Society Cymru will be hosting two exciting fringe events on the future of Welsh democracy.

On Friday 12th April between 5.30pm and 6.30pm we’ll be hosting Future Voices: Delivering on a Parliament that works for Wales, an event in Snooze Wine Bar on the future makeup of the Assembly.

Joining us to discuss the next steps in electoral reform and what needs to change to make the Assembly more diverse will be Huw Irranca Davies, AM for Ogmore, Cerys Furlong, Chief Executive of Chwarae Teg, and Shavanah Taj, President of the Wales TUC.

Speakers include Professor Elan Closs Stephens CBE, Electoral Commissioner for Wales and Hannah Blythyn AM, Deputy Minister for Local Government and Housing.
